I live in Scotland but have family in Luton so I visit often and can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found this amazing gym, walking in to any where for the first time when you don’t know anybody is always quite nerve racking but I was made to feel so welcome by such an amazing friendly team, I can’t wait to come back to train with you guys when I’m next down, Thankyou to all the coaches you are all great im always learning and going back home with more knowledge!! Annie was the first I trained with and she is definitely one of the reasons I came back you boosted my confidence every class so Thankyou girl🩷

I cannot recommend this gym for children's classes enough!

I have delayed this review a couple of months as 1 - I didn't think my son would return after 1 session (usually finding group activities difficult and refusing to go back) and 2 - I wanted to further observe, for a true picture.

My son struggles to concentrate and take part in group settings. The team has gone above and beyond to include him and find new ways of helping him to maintain focus. It can be so easy to turn a child away if they show signs of finding it difficult to conform, but I can honesty say from my heart, I am very grateful to all of the staff at this gym and in particular one of the instructors - Scott.

Michelle has this evening, even put together a Social Story Board to help my son cope with change and expectations allowing him small breaks.

I cannot thank the team enough! From thinking on the first week my son would last 5 minutes and then run out not wanting to return, he has now been attending for 3 months and cant wait to return each week! He loves it. I can even now start to enjoy the gym myself whist he attends his class.

Thank you Storm Gym! Honestly so grateful

A truly brilliant gym that I have been going to for a couple of months now, always friendly, very knowledgeable and always a fun and engaging experience everytime I go. A special shout-out to Darren who's was my personal trainer for a little bit for boxing. Thank you mate, you truly have helped me a great deal! Keep up the good work guys.

This is place is truly awesome.
I haven’t done any other sport than athletics, and so I was a little nervous, but when I walked in coach Kyle and the team was proper welcoming. By the end, you feel proud of what they manage to bring out of you that you didn’t know was even there… If you listen hard enough. Coach Kyle is a top tier lad and Storm gym is my new favourite place 🙂

I absolutely love Storm Gym. I've been attending the K1 class for almost 6 years and I couldn't recommend it enough. The classes are fun and I always get a good workout. Annie is an amazing instructor and she has helped me improve my technique and confidence when it comes to sparring Shout out to Annie, Nat and the colleagues at Storm Gym!

Joining Storm in April was the best decision I've made in years. It's made major improvements in my physical and mental health. I had no martial art experience and I was far from a social person so starting combat sports with a bunch of strangers was nerve racking. However, from my first session I was immediately surprised how friendly the people are and how safe the environment is. Storm caters to people of all kinds of capability whether they are beginners, hobbyists or people looking to compete in combat sports. Really appreciate Jerry, Paul, Chris and all the other coaches and Team sharing their knowledge and experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is curious to try. Its very beneficial my only regret is not starting years ago.

Where do I begin... I do the ladies only kickboxing class on Sundays and Annie is an absolute star, she's so talented, so determined and so engaged with you. I've noticed massive difference in my body shape, my technical skills and my fitness. If your consistent then you will see results. It's by far my favourite class that I've ever done. It has also helped with my mindfulness in a sense that I'm more confident with myself and my body, meeting new people and speaking with the staff there, everyone really connects with you and I've never felt this about any gym or fitness class that I've attended.

I've also recently joined Natalie's fitness class on Thursdays and my mum comes with me too and we absolutely love Natalie, her passion really shines through and she works at your pace and works with you to achieve your end result. I love bonding with my mum in this class and we work together it's so much fun. Natalie is so engaged with you and you can ask her about anything in relation to fitness and food and she'll answer any of your questions, absolute legend.

I praise all the trainers there, with their hard work and dedication it's like a big Storm family and so happy to be part of it!

Can't recommend this gym highly enough. My son has been going for over a year now and the team are so supportive and have built his confidence so much he is about to debut in his first fight. The whole team are amazing and we love going and supporting at inter clubs. I even try to use the facilities while my son trains when I can and there is no pressure in fact you are made to feel like part of the family. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks all at Storm xx

Wonderful gym with friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic coaches. The gym is clean, spacious and well ventilated. The coaches are very beginner friendly and will happily break things down for you step by step until it makes sense to you, so don't be afraid to come here if you've never trained before!

I’ve been very lucky to train at some incredible gyms over the years, each with their own merits. I have to say as an all round experience Storm gym is the best. Great facilities, fantastic coaches and people who genuinely want to train and help you improve without ego or trying to knock your head off. The gym has a real sense of ‘Team’ who promote respect in a safe environment, but WILL push you to your limit. A wide range of classes for everyone, where you will see your technique, mentality and fitness improve.
