Our 90 minute adult classes are led by one of our experienced instructors starting with a good warm up to get the blood pumping and stretch the muscles, using a combination of plyometric (body weight), cardio and stretching exercises. Then the real work begins as you’re guided through techniques, drills, pad work and sparring (intermediate upwards only).
